Surveillance, especially by the government has long been a controversial issue for some folks, and it looks like the City of Miami is taking a big step toward allowing Big Brother to set up shop on it's  streets.

Below is a copy of Resolution PH 6, followed by a copy of the draft contract and a copy of the Powerpoint presentation that the company provided the city.
