Below are 3 Memorandums issued to employees of the city on Sunday informing them that the MRC will be closed starting on Wednesday. The 2nd memorandum informs employees that there are masks available, but if they lose or destroy them other than in the line of work they could be fired.

How fucked up is our country and the ability to provide necessary safety equipment for a threat to accompany the issuance of face masks that you used to be able to buy by the box a month ago in drug stores.

The last memorandum reveals two more employees who've become inflected, but does not reveal what the total number are. I've heard two separate numbers 10 and 29, but I'm sure that there will be more.
