The links below provide correspondence that I sent to Governor Charlie Crist in 2007 related to the Florida Film Tax Incentive Program.

They only represent a small portion of the correspondence that I wrote and circulated among legislators and colleagues in the industry that year which also included a lawsuit filed over the failure to propvide me with public records.

I've limited this collection to just these 3 documents, because I tend to write long, content heavy documents that most people never finish reading.

These documents reflected my thoughts on what I believed would result in the ultimate closing of these tax incentives, and that would ultimately result in the decline of the state's film industry.

Unfortunately, I was proven right in the years that followed. There are several other reasons beside these specific problems with the way in which the tax incentive program was created and managed that played a large part in why the state was not able to remain competitive with other states, but at this time rehashing all of those issues would be like beating a mule with a stick.
