I don't think that history will be as kind to the Colonel as he's attempted to portray himself and his record as the City Manager of Miami, and as the letter reveals, the saga is not over because the Colonel seems to have expectations of walking out with a Golden Parachute. It's like he thinks he's gonna get a bump on his prenup or something.
