UNDER COLONEL KLINK, CITY BUSINESS IS BEST CONDUCTED OVER A NICE MEAL WHERE ONE OF THE BENEFITS IS TEAM BUILDING. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS A BENEFIT AVAILABLE ONLY TO MEN ON THE COLONEL'S STAFF

One of the perks of being the City Manager of Miami and having a personal city issued credit card is that allows Colonel Klink to eat out a lot on the taxpayer's dime, and more often than not he does so with the same select group of men on his staff.

The Colonel believes that discussing city business over lunch or dinner with his "Executive Staff," and other senior city employees is an important component of, "Team Building."

The only problem is that none of the "Executive Staff" or other senior city employees who attend these luncheon and dinner meetings where the Colonel likes to have his photo taken, have included women.

In a search of the Colonel's Twitter page, there is not a single photo of the Colonel sitting down for a meal that included a woman.

So far this year, the Colonel has spent $2,186.19 on meals paid for by the taxpayers, and he's eaten as some pretty fancy places like Morton's Steakhouse, Santorini's Greek restaurant, Sushi Maki, Il Lusso, Lung Yai Tapas, and on occasion even Coral Bagels and Jimmy Johns.

The one thing that he doesn't seem to have done is to include a single woman employee of the City of Miami to be a part of any of these lunches or dinners where discussions of city policy take place.

In American cities, a City Manager who did this might be accused of gender discrimination or just outright sexism. In Miami, it's just another example of,

It's Miami, Bitches!
