if the Miami City Commission hadn't already become a clown show with Joe Carollo driving the clown car, it now seems that Frank Pichel, wants to ride in the car as well.

Who is Frank Pichel, you ask?

For starters, he's the guy in the white shirt walking away from the camera the night that Joe Carollo was wandering around behind the Ball and Chair bar. I wrote about that incident in an October 3rd story.

Pichel at the time was the acting head of the Code Enforcement Board.

A week later, after doing some research, I did another story on October 10th, where I described Pichel's history as a Miami Police Officer that included being accused of allegedly trying to set up a Public Service Assistant (PSA), into being the fall guy in a case where a prisoner was beaten to death.  

Several years later, while serving as a City Hall Sgt-At-Arms he was arrested for selling testosterone and Cialis, an erectile disfunction drug, and eventually copped a plea of no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possessing a drug, and agreed as part of the plea deal to give up his Florida police certification and volunteering 500 hours of community service to Lotus House.

The plea deal was a minor inconvenience since Pichel was by then scheduled to retire, and after the deal he started collecting a monthly $4,794.17 pension  

None of these scrapes stopped Willie Gort from appointing him to the Code Enforcement Board in 2010, where he has since turned himself into a self-promoting and self-described champion of the people.

Good old Willie, not only did the Family and Friends Plan work to keep him from possibly being removed from office for accepting those $18,000 worth of free bus bench advertising, but over the years he's another conniving schemer whose fucked the pig so many times that's it finally couldn't squeal anymore.

A couple months ago Pichel had a serious fit when he demanded that a city employee - it didn't matter which one - be subpoenaed because they had had the effrontery of placing language in the Code Enforcement Agenda suggesting that the Board hold elections for new officers.

It turned out that when Olga Zamora, the Supervisor of the Hearing Boards showed up at the next meeting, she explained that she had done so because the Board had not had an election in "10 years."

The video of Pichel's batshit crazy outburst calling for a subpoena to be issued should be mandatory watching for every eligible voter in District 1, because not only does it reveal that he's completely unhinged, but it should also serve as a cautionary warning of what city commission meetings could become if he, along with batshit crazy Joe Carollo ended up on the commission together.

As an example of what can happen when two maniacs with huge egos, a compulsive need to be the top dog, and minds filled with crazy conspiracy theories, seeing Pichel and Joe Carollo on the dais together would make watching Miami's City Commission meeting a world-wide internet phenomena.

People would tune in from all over the world to watch these two nutcases go against each other, go against everyone else, and just be their unvarnished selves.

Of course, the citizens of Maimi would be the ones at the end of the day who would be the ones who got fucked by this clown show, but just the notion that Frank Pichel actually thinks he can get elected a city commissioner is a sure sign that there are crazy people in District 1 who would deserve whatever Pichel did to them if he got elected.

It's Miami. Bitches!

There is no question, as I have previously written, that the folks in Venezuela have been screwed and need to get rid of the dictator, pretending to be president Nicolas Maduro.

And there's nothing wrong with folks in this country agreeing and supporting the efforts of those folks to do what they need to do in order to try and get out from under a trynical dictator, although history doesn't provide much evidence to support a claim that sooner or later, they'll be back out on the streets demanding an end to the next dictator/general /savior that comes along.

Latin American countries have not had much long term success in keeping dictators and kleptocrats from seizing power one way or another, and in Miami, the largely Cuban political class has used the plight of all of these folks as a way to craft their own foreign policy that supports the uprising of any Latin country under a leftist leadership, while ignoring, or even supporting any country run by right-wing governments or dictatorships, even though the pain and suffering of the people is often the same no matter what kind of government is screwing them over.

And, so in the latest show of solidarity for a show that is being conducted 1600 miles away, by hosting a music concert in Miami - because none of the phony coward politicians would ever dream of getting on a plane and flying to Venezuela to physically stand shoulder to shoulder with the people being fucked over - Commissioner Joe Carollo has taken it on himself to commit the Bayfront Park Trust and the City of Miami to support a concert at Bayfront park that will in part, if not completely, be paid for by Miami taxpayers.

Given that Carollo never has never shown respect for process unless he finds that he can use process to further his personal goals, the poster below, which Carollo has been featuring on his Facebook page for a while now, indicates that this event is being sponsored by the City of Miami, even though, the Resolution above has not yet been introduced and/or approved by the City Commission, which no doubt if asked, Carollo will respond with, "Permission, what permission? I don't need no stik'en permission to do what I want. I am the law!"

In the meantime, those 1000 plus brown skinned children in the Detention Camp in Homestead are being denied access to their families, and NOT ONE single fucking Cuban politician who beat their breast daily about the plight of Cuban children, and Venezuelan children will stand up for them, or their rights not to be fucked over like they have.

WHERE'S THE CONCERT FOR THESE KIDS?  WHERE ARE THE PROCLAMATIONS FROM THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ABOUT THEIR FORCED SEPARATION, AND THEIR FAMILY TIES AND FAMILY VALUES?
