The below letter written and filed by attorney David Winker on behalf of one of his clients - I've redacted that information out of courtesy to the individual whose got enough problems already - raises some very serious legal questions about what is going on behind the closed doors of the Clerk of Court's office.

There are already enough problems with the court system as a result of the courtrooms being closed, and the slow, if not complete shutdown of new cases being filed and made available on-line as a result of the court system's electronic filing system without the discovery that perhaps some folks who have gone through foreclosure getting double-whammed behind closed doors by having the titles to their properteries being transferred to banks, who can then turn around an resell these properties lickity-split without the original owners raising any last minute objections or legal challenges.

This is just another in what will become a very long list of opportunities for select folks, and select businesses to take advantage of a crisis.

Just because you might be unfortunate enough to be forced to sit home, out of work, and going broke, doesn't mean that there are not a lot of folks in this country who are taking advantage of this crisis to continue to work and make money as a result of other folks misfortune.
