New Lawsuit Filed Against The City Over ULTRA by al_crespo on Scribd

A new lawsuit filed against the city by the Brickell Homeowners Association for their actions in granting the ULTRA Music Festival was just filed.

No court date has yet been set. Here is the complaint which includes a copy of the contract between the city and ULTRA.
