If there are people able and willing to give the New York Times copies of Donald Trump's tax returns, then I believe that there are people in South Florida that should be able and willing to give me the tax returns of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, the members of the Miami City Commission, Carlos Gimenez, the Mayor of Miami-Dade County, the members of the county commission, Katherine Fernandez-Rundle, the Miami-Dade State Attorney, and any other public official that they think might be up to no good.

Not only do I want the tax returns for these people,  but I'm greedy, I want a list of Francis Suarez's clients during the time he was with Carlton Fields, and now with Greenspoon Marder.

If he was willing to represent the homeowners of Fisher Island and not reveal that information, then what other clients has he had in the past, or does he now represent that he doesn't want to disclose because they might present a conflict of interest with his being the Mayor of Miami?

I also want to know how much Greenspoon Marder is paying Francis Suarez. The full compensation package.

Lastly, I still want to know how Francis Suarez came up with the $309,000 for the down payment and closing costs for his fancy new house in Coconut Grove - a house which all the county's flood programs indicate will be 3 feet underwater in a CAT 3 Hurricane - when his total cash net worth was $227,841.

Next, if you're in the Miami Police Department, I want to know who "Ralphy" is?  

For those who don't follow LEO Affairs, the MPD Bulletin Board, a police officer identified as "Ralphy" was recently named in a post as the cop who allegedly every year scalps the ULTRA VIP tickets that some of the Miami City Commissioners were given. The rumors about this, and the allegation that "Ralphy" is a son of a Miami Police Major have been circulating for several years, and the time has come to try and nail these allegations down.

It also goes without saying that I'm absolutely interested in any hard evidence about anything that Commissioner Joe Carollo is up to, and especially his relationship with AmericaTeVe.

In addition I want the transcripts of any wires worn by informants and/or cooperating witnesses in cases against public officials anywhere in the county that were shut down because the Miami-Dade State Attorney and her more corrupt than the politicians Public Corruption Unit refused to prosecute because the participants were part of the Family and Friends Plan. I know that such documents exist, because I have one such transcript in my possession now, and I want more.

Get me the names and dates of these investigations and I'll start filing public record requests and start suing if I have to.

I also want copies of any documents that might provide evidence of extortion by elected officials, or documents that provide a window into how elected officials are paid off for some of the votes - especially the votes that continually favor a handful of developers - who are operating against the public's interest.

I want copies of photos of politicians meeting with each other in hideaway places.  

This might not be enough evidence to prove a violation of the Sunshine Law, but we all deserve to know when and where politicians have their little private luncheons and meetings so if nothing else, maybe we can all start frequenting those same places.

I REALLY want any documents that anyone has given the FBI and/or the FDLE in the last 8 months.

Yes, I am aware of the so-called investigations allegedly going on, but unlike those folks who keep calling me to tell me about the rumors of those so-called investigations, I can tell you that after 10 years of doing this, that there is a better chance of Donald Trump going on national TV to apologize for being an ignorant, racist asshole, and promising to give up tweeting than there is that these so-called investigations will result in anything other than people calling me up next year to bitch that the FBI and the FDLE didn't do anything with the information that they provided.

If you think I'm kidding, ask the FDLE where the 11 missing guns from the Miami Police Property Room went, or what happened to the investigations of Tomas Regalado and Willie Gort, or ask the FDLE and the FBI about former Congressman David Rivera, or best of all, ask them why NOT ONE elected public official in the City of Miami, or Miami-Dade County has been charged for any crime, NOT EVEN a single misdemeanor, in the last 10 years!

I can't promise much, but I can promise that if you give me the same information that you have given the FBI and the FDLE, I will at least try and do a story using that information, which is a damn site more than they have done in the past, or will do in the future.

Miami continues to be the place that produces, "a limitless number of crooked public officials," because of the lackluster investigations and failures of the State Attorney and U.S. Attorneys to go after the high-profile Cuban politicians in the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County who are protected by the Family and Friends Plan.

If you are a city employee, I still go to the MRC on occasion, and even through they've now set up cameras, it doesn't take long to tell me if you've got something to share - a nice DVD full of documents, for instance - and we do an exchange out of camera range.

Just so you understand, it is NOT AGAINST THE LAW for a public employee to voluntarily give me, or anyone public records. Anyone who tells you differently, is lying to you.

There are a lot of ways to get information to me, but the important thing is that I'm only interested in real information that is verifiable.
