You just can't make shit up in Miami that is crazier than the reality of what goes on here daily.

For over a year and a half Commissioner "Comemerida" Carollo, ran around Little Havana trying his best to find any, and every code violation that Bull Fuller might have on any of his properties, yet all the while that Carollo was doing this, he was the owner of a multi-million dollar house in Coconut Grove that has as many, if not more serious code violations than any of Fuller's properties.

Earlier today, Fuller held a press conference in front of Miami City Hall to expose Carollo's code violations and to ask whether the city would pursue enforcing the building code with the same energy and relish that they emplpyed when going after his properties with over 50 separate inspections.
