BILL FULLER AND PARTNER FILE AN EMERGENCY MOTION FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST COMMISSIONER JOE CAROLLO OVER HIS LATEST STUNT TO TRY AND DISPLACE VIERNES CULTURALES/CULTURAL FRIDAYS

The one thing you can say is about Joe Carollo is that he is persistent. He is a classic example of what it means to be a manic compulsive.

Last Friday afternoon, I got word that Carollo was hanging out on Calle Ocho, and since I was heading west on 7th Street at the time, I took a detour, and sure enough there was Carollo with his entourage, chit chatting in the plaza next to Domino Park.

I don't suspect that he, or anyone with him was happy to see me walk up taking photos on my cell phone, but I did manage to get a couple photos, and you know what they say about people who can't take a joke.

Carollo and his aide Jose Suarez.

Richie Blom, Carollo's Chief of Staff.

The best surprise was that while I was there, who to my wandering eyes should appear but Victoria Mendez, Miami's City Attorney, who responded to my question as to why she was there, "The Commissioner called me, and asked me to come over."

Above and beyond all of the other debasing activities that she's started engaging in since she decided to hook her wagon to Carollo's Choo Choo train, it seems that making house calls is just another example of when Carollo says jump, Victoria will be right there trying to break the world high-jumping record.

The story about what Carollo has been up to with his efforts over the last few months in scheming behind the scenes to screw with Fuller, and with the community - let there be no mistake here, this latest activity against Fuller goes well beyond his previous activities of using code enforcement to try to screw over Fuller and his partners business ventures - because this now involves a group of folks who live in District 3 and have been trying to do something positive for the community.

Rather than try to cover the story from beginning to now, here is Fuller's motion for a Temporary Injunction against Carollo, along with Exhibit I, that does a better job of explaining what's going on, than I could.
