On September 25th, I broke the exclusive story - a story that not one other news outlet has followed up on - about the relationship between foreclosure attorney Bruce Jacobs, who is currently under investigation by the Florida Bar, and Miami City Commissioner Ken Russell.

I also revealed the next day that Bruce Jacobs had lobbied the city on behalf of a Resolution that would have included an 18% fee for money from these sanctions without registering as a lobbyist.

Now, attorney Adam Wick, of Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, had filed what has to be considered the mother of all public record requests seeking any and all of the documents that would reveal just how Russell, having been warned about Jacobs legal problems still decided to become his BFF's in this scheme.

Anybody want to put odds on whether Russell's behavior ends up blowing up in the city's face and costing the taxpayers money?
