It appears that there is an effort by an unknown party(s) to get people in District 1 and 2 to file for Absentee Ballots. Below are copies of 2 text messages that were forwarded to me by a concerned resident who had the foresight to ask who is behind this effort.

I logged onto this site, and it appears that the site is linked to a database that provides Voter ID information. I did not follow through by selecting an individual election because I don't live in either of those Districts, but the failure of this website to provide any clear and concise information as to who is behind it, is enough of a RED FLAG to warrant an investigation by the Miami-Dade Board of Elections.

If you want to vote by mail, then log on to the Miami-Dade website page that provides you with all the information you need, including the link on how to get an Absentee Ballot.
