As the latest example of Carollo's megalomania, he has introduced a Resolution to be heard at the September 12th commission meeting that would block off-duty police from working at any establishment in his District.

Given the repeated attacks by crazed gunmen at nightclubs around the country, the notion that this vindictive, batshit crazy moron would decide to try and get his fellow commissioners to go along with this madness is indicative of just how unhinged and untethered to reality he has become.

While this edict would apply directly to Bull Fuller's Ball and Chain nightclub on Calle Ocho, it is also prompted by the recent efforts by Miami FOP rep Javier Ortiz's efforts to solicit dirt on Carollo in the aftermath of the discovery that Carollo's claim about being an inactive member of the U.S. Marine Reserve.

It will be interesting to watch how the members of the Miami City Commission deal with this craziness, because as strange as it might seem. some of them just might go along with this scheme because they continue to be more scared of Carollo's mouth than they are about signing on to a scheme that could risk the lives of citizens and visitors to Miami
