IN WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PRETTY BRAZEN GANGSTER MOVE, LOCAL ATTORNEY ATTORNEY MARCELL FELIPE, HAS MADE A MOVE TO TAKE OVER THE CUBAN MUSEUM, AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW, SOME OF THE CRESPOGRAM'S USUAL SUSPECTS SEEM TO BE IN CAHOOTS WITH HIM

Until a couple hours ago, I had never heard of local attorney Marcell Felipe, but since then I've discovered that he is one of the owners of AmericaTeve - Joe Carollo's latest playmates - and according to his bio on the website of the Inspire American Foundation, he is the founder and leader of this group, and has had a long history in Cuban exile politics, including being a member of the Cuban American Foundation, which he left to form the Inspire American Foundation. Among an interesting collection of Cubans on this board is none other than Tomas Regalado, whose "wife" Anna Christina Carrodeguas is now playing a supporting role in the efforts by Felipe to dislodge some of the current board members of the Cuban Foundation along with it's Executive Director and its Design and Media Director.

This is where Ana Christina Carrodeguas comes in, Marcell Felipe at a news conference yesterday introduced Carrodeguas as the new Design and Media Director. I wonder if she'll get a new batch of Keys To The City to passout.

In any event, if you, like me, read the Herald version of events, you probably came away confused over what was it with the allegations that Felipe had broken into the museum over the weekend, and the claims that he was trying to force out board members illegally.

Well, below is a copy of the lawsuit seeking an injunction against Marcell Felipe and his clique from trying to do what they want, and if the facts are correct, then this is a pretty brazen scheme on Felipe's part to pull a banana republic gangster move on a museum about Cuban history - a country with a long history of brazen cuban gangster moves having been perpetrated by various dictators.

I will refrain from commenting further on this deal and ask that you read the copy of the complaint and motion for an injunction, because I got a feeling that this is going to turn out to be a real clusterfuck of a story that ends up involving a whole lot of people who'd rather not be exposed, and once again revealing that this is indeed the city of,

It's Miami, Bitches!
